CASA Function: casaAttributes
Checks whether the argument is a list of string=value pairs as required by CASA.
Calling Sequence:
- b := type(x,casaAttributes)
- b := `type/casaAttributes`(x)
Parameters:
- x : anything

Result:
- b : bool
- true, if the argument x is a list of string=value pairs where string can only have certain values.
Description:
- The function returns true if and only if the given parameter has the form list(string=anything) and the string is one of "basespace", "dimension", "genus", "groebnerBasis", "independentVariables", "neighborhoodTree", "properParametrization", "puiseuxTerms".
- For any particular string the corresponding value is checked to be of correct type. See source code for more details.

> type(["genus"=1],casaAttributes);
> type("genus"=1,casaAttributes);
