Title: GBG-rank, t-cores and counting at the roots of unity.

Abstract. I will introduce new partition statistic GBG-rank modulo s.
I will show that GBG-rank mod s of  t-core  assumes only  finitely many
complex values,  provided that s and t are coprime.
In fact, this number  =< (s+t choose t ) / (s+t) . Moreover, this inequality 
becomes  an equality only when s is prime or t<2*p, where p is the smallest
prime divisor
of s.
