`desing/dlocpdh`

Desingularization of a projective variety, defined by a homogeneous equation, via the resolution of the singularities of its affine patches, obtained by taking intersections with the principal open subsets of the ambient projective space.

The input-output specification is the same as of `desing/dloc`. The resolution trees are stored in the global variable chartHistorypdh.
