Recursive computation of the unified blowing up center in a subtree of the resolution tree.

Input:

ID

the identifier of the root of the subtree in chartHistory for which the computation is to be done.

Output:

The ideal in the coordinate ring of the chart with identifier ID, whose blowing up is isomorphic to the sequence of blowing ups encoded in the subtree with root ID.
