After having finished the setup the GRÖBNER library, the I/O library, and the application program eventually have to be recompiled. This step can be done by the program mkgroebner.
mkgroebner does nothing more than issueing a make command in the appropriate directories. This implies that only those files that are affected by changes of the setup are actually recompiled.
