RISC Resonance Condition Solver

This is a solver for resonance conditions for 3 and 4 wave
interactions. For the problem and the algorithm, see [1] and [2].
The software is written in Java 6, to execute it, a corresponding
Java Runtime Environment has to be installed, see e.g.
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads
Execute the programs as
java -server -jar Wave3.jar [ -s ] [ ] [ ]
java -server -jar Wave4.jar [ -s ] [ ]
or use on Unix-like systems the included shell scripts
Wave3 [ -s ] [ ] [ ]
Wave4 [ -s ] [ ]
See the sources "Wave3.java" and "Wave4.java" for an explanation of
the arguments and the output.
