**qSimplify**: A Mathematica package for the simplification of q-expressions

Short Description
-----------------

``qSimplify`` is a Mathematica package for the simplification of
q-expressions. It is used as a subpackage for ``pqTelescope``,
``qMultiSum``, ``qZeil``. It provides the function ``qSimplify``.

The package has been developed by `Axel Riese`_, a former member
of the `RISC Combinatorics group`_.
